Due to the small budget (1 million dollars) most locations were duplicates from earlier films. Hatchet 2's boat house was only used once and the remainder of the footage seems like it's been reused from previous films. The Hatchet and Hatchet 2 films may feel like the film is familiar.

Overall, Hatchet 3 was an enjoyable show. I enjoyed the violent thrills it offered and the entertaining performances by the actors.
